I do offer virtual sessions and a variety of availability on evenings and weekends to meet your needs.

Who Should Attend:
This empowering workshop is designed for women navigating peri-menopause and menopause. Together, we’ll explore the physical, emotional, and social changes that come with this transition. Expect engaging discussions on managing symptoms, enhancing emotional well-being, and redefining your identity during this time and anything else that comes up!
This workshop will be led by an experienced registered nurse and psychotherapist, and offers a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining insights, and building community. Let’s celebrate our journeys and support one another in embracing this new chapter with confidence!

I am a Registered Nurse with more than 25 years of experience and am a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist. I have always had a passion for helping people live their best lives. I like to bring a blend of humor, heart, and healthcare knowledge and experience to the table, along with a deep commitment to holding space and supporting women on their journeys.
As someone who’s always been drawn to helping people understand and care for themselves, I’m thrilled to bring these years of experience, empathy, and insight to our workshop space. Whether we’re tackling hot flashes or healing emotional wounds, we’ll be building resilience and connection together—while keeping things real and lighthearted along the way. Let's create a space that celebrates growth, supports change, and, most importantly, feels authentically you!
