Cancellation and No show Policy

Policy:
If a cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours’ notice, this is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged charged $100.00. Failure to notify or 'no shows' are treated the same way.
Please note that  late cancellations and missed sessions may not be covered under your plan.

Exceptions:
We can appreciate that life happens and emergencies do happen. In the case of a medical emergency the above policy will be waived.

My Commitment to You:
In keeping consistent with our own policies, I will also provide you with at least 24 hours’ notice if I need to cancel your session. I may also experience emergencies and will do my best to notify you as soon as possible should I need to cancel or change your session.
