Amber is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where people feel truly seen and heard. Her approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and collaboration—helping individuals gently explore their thoughts, emotions, and patterns of behavior at a pace that feels right for them.
With a strong belief in each person’s inner strength, Amber works to foster insight, build emotional resilience, and support meaningful, lasting change.
Her style is compassionate and down-to-earth, blending clinical skill with warmth, curiosity, and just the right touch of light-hearted humor.
Amber offers therapy for anxiety, depression, health anxiety, and grief in all its forms. She also has a special interest in working with youth, supporting them in navigating challenges around self-esteem, body image, friendships, bullying, and negative thought patterns. Her goal is to help young people feel more confident, emotionally equipped, and grounded as they grow into resilient adults.
With over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Amber brings a deep understanding of both physical and emotional wellbeing. She lives in Perth with her husband and their three boys, and feels strongly about giving back to the community she was born and raised in—offering a space where others can feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to share their stories and begin to heal.
